LSH finds new HQ for Gecko Labs

ian-davidsonData capture firm Gecko Labs has relocated its Edinburgh operation in a deal brokered by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

The company has agreed a five-year lease on 2,623 sq ft of basement space at 116 Dundas Street at £12 psf. 

Gecko Labs, which works with universities and colleges, is moving its Edinburgh headquarters from Shandwick Place. The company also has offices in London and New York. 

Ian Davidson (pictured), who heads up LSH’s team in Edinburgh, said the Dundas Street premises “proved ideal as a new base for Gecko Labs in Edinburgh”. 

Lambert Smith Hampton and Ryden represented the landlord Millard Estates, while FT Linden acted on behalf of the tenant.
