Neilson buys shares in Craneware

Keith Neilson screenCraneware chief executive Keith Neilson has spent £64,000 on shares in the Edinburgh software company.

Mr Neilson bought 5,388 shares at a price of 1,200p per share, increasing his holding to 3,509,518 shares, representing approximately 13.1% of the company.

The transaction took place after the company, which serves the US healthcare market, reported a third consecutive year of record sales and a 10% rise in annual pre-tax profits.

Craneware shares were trading 30p or 2.46% higher today at 1250p.
