Device brings property to life

Getting a virtual look at a new home

cruden-homesCruden Homes has launched what it claims is a unique new home viewing experience which looks set to revolutionise Scotland’s housing market.

The company is allowing home buyers the opportunity to look around their potential new home without leaving the sales and marketing suite.

A virtual reality headset will allow anyone using the device to ‘move’ from room to room.

Cruden says that the device is particularly useful for those buying off-plan who want to visualise how their home will feel and look like.

Liz Mallon, sales & marketing director for Cruden Homes West, said: “Our virtual reality headsets offer a real step change to the Scottish housing market.”

A similar ‘augmented’ reality device is being used in the commercial property sector to allow potential tenants to visualise an office layout.
