Judy MurrayA new record was set at the annual Lunch With An Old Bag held at Prestonfield House, Edinburgh, on behalf of the Princes Trust Scotland.

Guests raised £759,000, easily beating last year’s record £550,350. It was said that there were one or two big donations to take the tally to such a figure.

Attendees were entertained by former Roxy Music frontman Bryan Ferry and his band.

The annual lunch has now raised more than £2.75m since it launched in 2009.
