Firms pitch for six-figure contract
ScottishPower reviewing UK-wide PR account
Several firms have been invited to pitch for what is believed to be a six-figure annual contract, one of the biggest on offer from a Scotland-based company.
Leith-based Stripe Communications is understood to be re-pitching for the account which it has held since 2013. On that occasion it won the work against four rivals.
As well as providing media relations for key divisions of the energy company, the brief also included work for the charitable organisations, ScottishPower Energy People Trust and the ScottishPower Green Energy Trust.
A decision is expected from ScottishPower in the next few weeks.
