Inverness hotel sold in £7 million deal
The Columba Hotel in Inverness has been sold to Seacare Hospitality (UK) in a deal worth in excess of £7 million. It will be operated by Compass Hospitality.
Savills handled the sale of the 82-bed Victorian property for Pearkhal Properties.
Tom Cunningham, hotels director at Savills, said: “This highly profitable, four-star hotel attracted strong market interest and we are pleased with the swift result achieved on behalf of our client.”
The purchaser was unrepresented.
