Hunter backs launch of FutureX programme

Sir Tom HunterEvent organiser WeAreTheFuture, an Edinburgh-based global entrepreneurship organisation, is today launching ‘FutureX Innovation’ to support businesses aiming to realise their potential.

More than 200 business leaders join WATF at the KPMG HQ in London for the launch of the FutureX programme.

Among those attending are senior executives of Gett UK, Scaleup Institute, Mastercard, Virgin Unite and the Scottish business tycoon, Sir Tom Hunter.

WATF Founder and CEO Bruce Walker said: “We’ve worked with over 4,500 entrepreneurs world wide over the last five years, alongside some amazing corporate partners.

“FutureX will allow us to pull on our experience of working across markets and geography, to leverage our global network to support innovation and growth.

“To keep up with nimble startups, corporates need to proactively engage with startups, strike the important balance between agility and quality and then measure innovation KPIs.”
