Six promotions at Strutt & Parker

James ButlerProperty specialist Strutt & Parker has announced six promotions in its Scottish offices.

Kevin Maley, head of the office in Inverness, and Andrew Aitchison, based in the Perth office and head of the firm’s land management department in Scotland, have been promoted to national partners.

James Butler (pictured), a specialist in selling, valuing and buying farms across Scotland, has been promoted to associate partner in the Edinburgh office.

Three of the firm’s property advisers have been promoted to associate. They are Andrew Riddell, estate agent focusing on city residential sales in Edinburgh; Matthew Havers, land agent in Banchory, and; Michael Laing, land agent in Perth.

Rob Whitson has joined the firm as an associate partner to take up the role as head of land management in the Inverness office.

Andrew Rettie, chairman of Strutt & Parker in Scotland, said: “Each of these promotions and appointments are well deserved and the result of another solid year of business from our offices in Scotland.”
