Occupant for 220 St Vincent St

LV= latest tenant for refurbished offices

220 St VincentLiverpool Victoria (LV=) is taking a 1,924 sq ft ground floor office suite at 220 St Vincent Street, Glasgow.

The financial services business is relocating from a business centre in the city centre and has taken the accommodation on a five-year lease at £23 per sq ft.

Property consultant Ryden secured the deal on behalf of clients of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. LV= will share the building with a number of occupiers including Hiscox Insurance and Towry Services.

The building is in the final stages of a comprehensive refurbishment which includes a new reception and common parts and full refurbishment of the vacant floors.  In addition, a new roof terrace for the 3rd floor has been created.

Tim Jacobsen, associate at Ryden, said: “It is a true testament to the quality of the building to have secured this letting in advance of the extensive refurbishment works completing.

“LV= is due to take occupation shortly and the company will be a welcome addition to 220 St Vincent Street, further adding to the high calibre occupier mix.”
