LSH bolsters teams with new staff roles

LSHProperty consultant, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has strengthened two significant areas of the business in Scotland.

David Main has joined the building consultancy team in Glasgow as a graduate building surveyor, having previously worked at Sweett Group. His recruitment follows the recent appointment of Gavin McClymont as associate director, following his move from Graham & Sibbald in Kilmarnock.

Fraser Ross is promoted to associate director having joined the firm from Mackinnon & Co in April 2015.

Head of building consultancy in Scotland, James Paterson, said: “There has been significant change within the department over the last 12 months.

“The department is now at its strongest for the past four or five years and we’re well-equipped to service our existing clients, while developing new business across Scotland.”

Rachel NaylorLSH has also moved to bolster its valuation team in Edinburgh with the promotion of Rachel Naylor to senior surveyor.

Head of office in Edinburgh, Ian Davidson, said: “We have recently announced our move to larger offices in Edinburgh and Rachel’s deserved promotion is one of the first steps in our plan to expand the team in the capital.”
