Origo takes Lochside View to capacity

Origo Services, the e-commerce standards and services body for the UK financial services industry, has taken on new premises in west Edinburgh. It is relocating from nearby Heriot-Watt Research Park North and leasing 10,606 sq ft of at Lochside View, Edinburgh Park. JLL acted for Landlord Redefine International to secure a 15 year lease and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Origo Services. The deal means that 7 Lochside View is now 100% occupied. Other tenants include Business Stream, WSP, and JDSU.
