Colliers and JLL appointed to Chancerygate
The site extends to 3.2 acres and has planning consent for up to 80,000 sq ft of manufacturing, industrial or distribution accommodation.
It is located at Houstoun Interchange, a prime location for companies looking to locate in close proximity to junction 3 of the M8 motorway with the ability to service Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.
Mike Walker, development director at Chancerygate, said: “Improving levels of demand are creating a more conducive environment for design-and-build opportunities and we are now looking to progress this project to meet occupier requirements.”
Bryce Stewart, director, industrial & logistics with Colliers International, said: “A number of well-known national companies have already located to the locality, including Screwfix, Tile Giant and VP Hire Centres.”
JLL’s Kirsty Palmer added: “Chancerygate has an ability to offer full flexibility, both in size and tenure of development.”
