Penny is new head of Savills Scotland

Nick PennyProperty agent Savills has appointed Scottish investment director Nick Penny as Head of Savills Scotland.

Mr Penny, who joined the company in 1997 and helped set up the Edinburgh office, will become the country head, a newly created role, as Savills continues to grow its Scottish business.

Mark Ridley, chief executive of UK and Europe at Savills, said: “I am very pleased to announce Nick as Head of Savills Scotland which comes at a time when our Scottish business continues to go from strength to strength. Nick will be supported in this role by Charlie Dudgeon and Mark Fleming together with a very experienced Scottish executive board.”

Mr Penny said: “We have a great business with fantastic people and through focussing on our clients and working together hope to deliver the very best service Scotland has to offer.”

Savills has offices in  Aberdeen, Brechin, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Fochabers, Glasgow, Haddington and Perth.
