Innis & Gunn expands to Tayside
Next Beer Kitchen to be served up in Dundee
The company, which opened its first pub in Edinburgh last July, believes Dundee will benefit from the regeneration of the centre. The Beer Kitchen will be in the city’s South Tay Street.
Innis & Gunn’s, founder & master brewer, Dougal Sharp said: Dundee is a vibrant, thriving city and with the huge redevelopment that’s happening it was always top of our list of cities to launch in as soon as we could.”
Architecture practice Morgan McDonnel have been apppointed for the new Beer Kitchen which occupies 3,700 sq ft.
David Hall, previously of Edinburgh’s Tigerlily, Opal Lounge and Rick’, will continue to roll-out the brands across the UK.
There has still been no word on the company’s plans to build a brewery in the Edinburgh area, more than six months after it raised money in a bond issue.
