Stevens joins JLL valuation team
Property consultancy JLL has appointed Eric Stevens as head of its valuation team in Edinburgh, reporting into lead director for Scotland, Alasdair Humphery.
With 14 years’ industry experience, Mr Stevens joins JLL from Bilfinger GVA where he was director in the valuation consultancy division, operating across its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices since 2001.
He has worked closely with the Scottish market’s most prominent lenders, including Barclays, Santander, LBG, RBS and Clydesdale Bank across a range of property sectors and has extensive knowledge of Scotland’s student housing sector having acted for a number of financers, operators and developers.
His experience also includes work with a number of public sector bodies, including Network Rail, where he has advised on a number of key national infrastructure projects.
Originally from London and a graduate of the University of Aberdeen, he has lived and worked in Scotland for 25 years.
