Agency wins four-way pitch

Story to help tell the tale of Edinburgh Leisure

Edinburgh LeisureCreative agency Story has been chosen by Edinburgh Leisure to help attract new users to the range of activities available.

After a 4-way pitch, Story was selected as the lead agency to promote services to the primary audience which was identified as the family market leading busy lives, with children across the age spectrum.

 Jo Nola, head of marketing & sales at Edinburgh Leisure said: “We are very excited about working with Story UK to help us reposition Edinburgh Leisure.

“Story has created a warm campaign with true authenticity that appeals to those that are active or those who want to be more active. We are very impressed with the creative ideas that were presented and can’t wait to see them being developed and brought to life at the start of the New Year.”

Sheila Gallagher, Story’s board group account director, said: “We are delighted that Story has been appointed to deliver this fresh new look, multi-media campaign.

“Edinburgh Leisure offers a breadth and depth of activities for anyone and everyone right across the city and we are very proud be part of a campaign to raise awareness of this. Marketing will include outdoor, radio, social media, in venue and ambient marketing.”

Story UK was chosen for its creativity and experience. Staff from across the agency will be working on the Edinburgh Leisure account from planning and project management to creative and collateral teams. The project will start immediately with the launch of the campaign in early 2016.
