Musselburgh backs Holyrood to handle PR

Scott Douglas Raymond NotarangeloHolyrood PR, the Edinburgh agency, has added Musselburgh racecourse and the city of Perth Winter Festival to its portfolio of accounts.

The agency was most recently involved in the relaunch of the Tigerlily bar and restaurant in Edinburgh which hit the headlines last week as the venue for Hollywood actor George Clooney’s lunch date with the winner of a prize draw.

This weekend it will be involved in the launch of G1’s Cotton Club Casino in Glasgow.

Musselburgh Racecourse appointed Holyrood following a competitive process and it joins a client list which includes Bupa, CALA Homes and Scottish Water.

Scott Douglas, who co-founded Holyrood PR in 2002 with fellow journalist Raymond Notarangelo, said: “Being appointed to work long-term with Musselburgh Racecourse is a fantastic way to round off what has been an outstanding year. It’s a great reward for our team’s extremely hard work.”

Holyrood PR was named Scotland’s Outstanding Small Agency at last month’s CIPR awards.
