Head Resourcing has been awarded the Investors in People Gold Accreditation, making it one of only four companies in its industry which has achieved the award in Scotland, and one of 26 in the whole of the UK.

The company has two business streams: IT, digital and business change, with offices in Edinburgh and Leeds; and international medical, which is headquartered in Edinburgh. It has a turnover of more than £45 million.

Chairman, Martin Ewart (pictured) said: “Investors in People disciplines are one of the key ways we ensure we drive consistency and performance through our business and we’ll be using their feedback to continuously improve our talent management plans for 2016 and beyond.”
