LSH strengthens planning team
Commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed two directors in its Planning team, as the company continues its strategic growth plans in Scotland.
David Campbell and Graeme Laing join from GL Hearn, where both have worked for more than a decade. Together they have over 35-years’ experience working across both public and private sectors.
The pair will join LSH’s planning and development consultancy team in Glasgow and will work closely with John Hill, development director, to offer integrated planning and development services throughout Scotland for the company’s growing client base.
Mr Hill explained the pair bring with them a wealth of experience: “David and Graeme have acted for house builders, retailers, developers and landowners across Scotland. They’ve got a track record of success from greenfield housing land releases, retail and commercial development, student housing, health and public sector work.”
The latest appointments are part of a continued and targeted investment by LSH in Scotland, which has seen the recruitment of Ewan White and Andrew Shiells in the Capital Markets team, and Craig Maguire as the new Head of Scotland.
Mike Thatcher, national operations director at LSH said: “We are investing in some of the industry’s brightest, most ambitious professionals as part of our growth plans not just for Scotland but also for the UK as a whole.
“The appointments of both David and Graeme are the latest examples of this approach and will help us to continue to expand our offer to clients.”
