Letting at prime Glasgow office development
A global IT company has acquired office space in Glasgow city centre. Syntel has taken 4,239 sq. ft. at 145 St Vincent Street in a deal financed by Clydesdale Bank and conducted by JLL and Ryden on behalf of landlord Aberdeen Asset Management.
The lease on the building’s second floor is for ten years and will see Syntel – a US-based multinational – pay £20 per square foot.
Colin McGhee, for JLL, said: “145 St Vincent Street recently underwent significant refurbishment.”
Other occupiers in the building include Aviva, Morton Fraser and Arcus Renewables.
