Latest tenant for M8 development

Allied Glass opts for space at Maxim Office Park

Maxim Office ParkGlass packaging company Allied Glass is to take space at the Maxim Office Park alongside the M8 for its first Scotland operation.

The company specialises in packaging spirit bottles for clients which include The Famous Grouse, Bulldog Gin, Phraya Rum and Glen’s Vodka.

It is taking 2,088 sq ft in the building on a five year lease and will be operational on-site this year.

Allied Glass said it was attracted to Maxim Office Park’s location. Philip Morris, sales and marketing director at Allied Glass, said: “This is a strategic decision to be closer to customers, offering a more flexible and personal service as we look to expand our business in the premium whisky and spirit sector.”

Cushman & Wakefield and Ryden represented Maxim Office Park and Sanderson Weatherall, Leeds acted on behalf of Allied Glass.
