McCallum returns to Baker Tilly as director
Stuart McCallum has returned to accountancy firm Baker Tilly as a director in its Scottish practice. He joins from Clydesdale Bank where he was a director of corporate and acquisition finance for the west of Scotland and head of food and drink.
Mr McCallum will be based in Glasgow and will further strengthen the firm’s sector team which encompasses agriculture, hospitality & tourism and food & drink.
An ICAS qualified chartered accountant, he will support clients with accounting and business advisory needs, from the development of year end accounts and management information to advising on M&A plans, securing funding for growth projects and day to day financial needs. He will also contribute to Baker Tilly’s corporate finance services covering advisory and due diligence for companies, banks and equity houses.
Prior to joining Clydesdale, he held a number of corporate finance posts, including spells at Baker Tilly, RBS and boutique firm Craig Corporate.
