Malcolm Allan links with Asda for sausage deal
The company currently sells more than 21 million slices of lorne sausage every year and hopes to sell an additional 120,000 of the gluten-free range. The firm has recruited 10 staff to help with demand for the new product.
Gordon Allan, director, said it was “excellent” that Asda is continuing to invest in the firm’s products.
Brian O’Shea, Asda’s regional buying manager for Scotland, said: “We look forward to working with the business.”
