Ambitious target for comms agency

Beattie goes for growth through marketing

Laurna WoodsBeattie, the communications group, is to invest more in marketing its services in an ambitious attempt to raise its billings and promotional budgets under management by 25% to £20m within two years.

The strategy involves hiring its first ever marketing director to drive its two core brands – Beattie and Only.

Group managing director Laurna Woods (pictured) said the new target is “totally achievable”.

 

Beattie, which began some 20 years ago in Lanarkshire, is now headquartered in London and has eight offices across the UK including Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.
