Proact takes unit
New IT tenant for Eurocentral’s Maxim Office Park
Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral has announced another occupier for its Maxim 3 building.
It is the latest in a flurry of tenancies in recent weeks for what was Europe’s biggest speculative office complex when it was built on the site of a former television components factory.
IT company Proact UK has acquired a 3,000 sq ft suite and will move in immediately. The expanding firm has taken the offices on a short term lease with a view to expanding to 4,700 sq ft in the same building on a five year lease.
Proact, an independent storage integrator and cloud enabler, has six offices in the UK and has been in operation since 1994.
Darren Cornelius from Proact said: “Maxim Office Park has provided us with the accessible location we need.”
Craig Ritchie from Maxim Office Park added: “We’ve had a steady flow of new tenant announcements recently with Proact the latest firm to join our impressive occupier line-up.”
Ryden and Cushman & Wakefield represented Maxim Office Park.
