Show will put Crieff on the map
Jason cooks up a Perthshire treat for TV
Summerhouse Kitchen will be recorded in the grounds of the Crieff hotel and Jason will be promoting the use of Scottish produce.
He is assisting Scottish Production Company, BNN Media Group to produce the show which will be shown on the Sky platform over six weeks.
Director of photography Bobby Nelson said: “We have worked with Jason on various TV and media projects and find what he creates in the kitchen just fascinating. For this new series we will move out of his state of the art castle kitchen and into a somewhat basic facility in the gardens.
“We want to show what he can do with his skill, experience and some of the freshest produce that Scotland has to offer. Part of the show will be spent out and about visiting local experts and gathering ingredients and then back to the summer house kitchen at Knock Castle in Crieff to create amazing dishes; something the viewer can enjoy replicating at home.”
