DJ Alexander backs rugby team
Sponsorship forges former pupil link
DJ Alexander Legal, the solicitor and estate agency, has signed a one-year sponsorship deal withBT National League division one team Stewarts Melville RFC.
In doing so, DJ Alexander Legal revives a rugby link with the Edinburgh school, having previously employed Angus Dixon, a former pupil and Scottish Under-21 international.
Angus was a residential sales agent with the company before moving to Hong Kong, where he currently plays for Abacus Kowloon, who were Hong Kong Premiership champions in the 2012-13 season.
In his professional capacity, Angus moved to Hong Kong to take up the position of project manager with Sotheby’s International Realty; he currently manages the Hong Kong office of Strawberry Star, the London-based residential property company.
The sponsorship comprises billboard exposure, advertising and corporate hospitality.
