Cisco Partner of the Year
Provista outguns rivals to Cisco title
IP (Internet Protocol) Communications firm, Provista UK, is celebrating landing the title, which in previous years has been won by industry giants such as Virgin, Capita and BT.
This official accolade is awarded to the partner that has demonstrated excellence in all areas of their Cisco business and is voted for by management and staff at Cisco Scotland.
Donald McLaughlin, Cisco Scotland country manager, said: “Cisco and Provista have been working in Partnership in Scotland for over 7 years. Throughout that time Provista has grown its Cisco capability with customer satisfaction at its centre, hence why we have recognised Provista as the 2015 Scottish Partner of the Year.”
The award recognises Provista as a real Scottish success story, with the firm less than 10 years old, but already able to offer products and services that rival their bigger competitors, while also offering customers the extra choice and flexibility available through a more agile local supplier.
Duncan Innes, Cisco regional sales manager (Scotland & North East), added: “We are recognising Provista’s ongoing commitment and loyalty to Cisco. The growth and continual development that Provista achieved has established it as one of the strongest Cisco Partners in Scotland.”
Cisco Scotland’s Partner of the Year 2015 award comes on the back of recent investment and expansion of the company. In the last year Provista has been recertified as Cisco Silver Partner, grown its workforce by more than 25% to more than 26 full time staff and in the last two years has moved into premises twice the size.
The firm plans to increase head count at a similar rate in the next 12 months, while continuing to build on its growing reputation as a Cisco centre of excellence.
Provista UK director, Stuart Little, said: “This is the highest award available to Cisco Partners in Scotland and is a magnificent achievement for the company and recognises the time, investment and quality of what we deliver for Cisco every day. The award is down to the commitment and hard work of all the Provista UK Ltd staff.”
Provista UK is aiming to achieve Cisco gold partner status within the next 12 months, which is the highest possible partner level, which would make the company the only Cisco Gold partner with HQ in Scotland.
As well as having some of the most experienced and highly skilled consultants and engineers in Scotland, Provista continue to invest profits creating high quality careers and the company has a policy of hiring graduates and training from within.
Provista work with many well-known Scottish organisations and customers and as well as offering the best levels of service our success also helps Scotland as Provista profits are reinvested locally to benefit the local economy. The award will benefit customers as it helps raise the profile of Provista in the market and that in turn will ensure continued Provista investment in developing our services, resources and staff.
