Five hires at property agency JLL Scotland

Lloyd AndersonTom TurnerThe firm has also appointed Lloyd Anderson (far left) as surveyor and Tom Turner (near left) as graduate surveyor to its building consultancy team in Edinburgh.

With around four years’ industry experience, Mr Anderson joins JLL from Trident Building Consultancy as a chartered building surveyor having qualified in 2013.

Mr Turner has joined JLL from quantity surveyors Sweett (UK), following three years’ experience in the industry and is currently studying towards chartered building surveyor status.

Both will report into Ken Frew, director of JLL’s building consultancy offering in Edinburgh. He said: “With changes to sustainability and energy performance requirements coming in to force this year, our clients are looking for urgent advice on how to future proof their portfolios and occupancy requirements.

“Continuing to develop our expertise for building consultancy will help our clients address these, and many other, challenges. Both Tom and Lloyd have already demonstrated great commitment to pursuing their careers in building consultancy and I’m sure they will make great additions to our team.”
