Internship programme links with Business Awards

Joy LewisGraduate placement company Adopt an Intern has signed a partnership deal with the Scottish Business Awards for its Festival of Entrepreneurship.

The not-for-profit company, which recently celebrated the placement of its 1000th graduate, will allow it connect with business leaders who provide paid internships.

The Festival, held alongside the awards at the EICC in November, is a celebration of the role of entrepreneurs in the Scottish Economy.

Adopt an Intern’s chief executive, Joy Lewis, said: “Our simple mission is to connect our talented graduate population with employers throughout Scotland.  We know that this benefits employers, our economy and not least of all the graduates themselves in finding life changing work experience. The Festival of Entrepreneurship is an ideal platform to showcase this and we are proud to be part of it.”
