Thorntons boosts team with 12 promotions

ThorntonsTayside law firm Thorntons has promoted 12 staff in employment, conveyancing, agriculture, intellectual property, private client and personal injury law.

Eight members of the team: Robin Beattie, Lauren Rae, Cheryl Wallace, Lindsay Bryce, Robert Barr, Kim McNaughton, Caroline Pigott and Gemma McClelland, have been promoted to senior solicitors.

Aimee Gibbons, Lisa Mannion and Lynsay McFarlane have qualified as solicitors after successfully completing Thorntons’ two-year training scheme.

Debbie Dewar has been appointed as associate in the firm’s land and rural business team. Ms Dewar, who was previously a senior solicitor in the firm, is based in the George Street offices in Perth.
