Gladman takes CMO role at Grant’s
Whisky firm William Grant & Sons has appointed Philip Gladman as chief marketing officer. He will join the executive board, reporting to chief executive Stella David, and will take executive responsibility for overseeing the company’s global travel retail business.
Mr Gladman joins from Flintlock, a consulting business he established in 2014 which offered support to clients in turnaround situations requiring fast transformations of their marketing and commercial delivery.
Prior to this, he 14 years at Diageo where he held a number of roles including director, marketing and innovation for Africa. His other roles included Smirnoff global brand director and marketing director GB.
