Chef joins catering firm’s top team
Top chef Robbie Gleave has joined GH Event Catering’s senior management team and will make a pivotal contribution to the East Lothian company’s plans.
Mr Gleave has worked at some of the country’s most glamorous venues and events, including The Ritz London, Gleneagles Hotel, The Royal Garden Party at Holyrood Palace, and the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot Races.
His achievements have been recognised with awards such as ‘Development Chef of the Year. He worked for 12 years at Heritage Portfolio.
As well his management role, Mr Gleave’s new position as development chef involves working with the entire team in product development.
He is also responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team, handpicking additional artisan food and drink suppliers within East Lothian and beyond to secure new catering contracts and help achieve GH Event Catering’s ambitious growth plans.
