Big night for Edinburgh Council and Smarts
Edinburgh City Council and Smarts Communicate were the big winners at the PRCA Scotland and Northern Ireland awards tonight.
The city council was named in-house team of the year, while Smarts received the award for consultancy of the year along with two other awards.
It was also announced that Clare Smith of the Scottish government marketing department will be the new chairman of the PRCA Scotland, confirming a report earlier in Daily Business. She was unable to attend the conference held earlier or the awards event as she was on holiday.
