Refit planned for central Glasgow offices
Office space in the heart of Glasgow’s business district is being marketed jointly by JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. The 10,859 sq. ft. fourth floor at 150 St Vincent Street is available following the building’s recent sale to private equity firm Benson Elliot.
The new owner is to refurbish the common parts in the building, with a complete remodelling of the entrance and reception area.
Alistair Reid, Director, JLL, said: “The extensive refurbishment, combined with the building’s strong central location and a direct landlord lease, means we expect interest in the fourth floor to be high.
“A real focus has been placed on delivering strong occupier amenities, including showers and changing areas for runners and cyclists.”
The building is home to JLL’s Glasgow office, Allianz, Towergate Insurance, Irwin Mitchell and Monster Worldwide.
150 St Vincent Street is being asset managed by Cube Real Estate on behalf of Benson Elliot.
