Gold standard for whisky firm Glenmorangie

Whisky firm Glenmorangie has been awarded the Investors in People gold accreditation for its “engaging and supportive culture” and an “open and honest management style”.

The company, which employs 230 people, was also commended for its corporate and social responsibility programme.

IIP recognises best practice by companies which invest in their employees and Glenmorangie now joins the top 7% of all IIP accredited clients with its gold status.

Marc Hoellinger, the company’s chief executive, said: “We place importance on continuous improvement and supporting the development of our people. The Investors in People Gold Accreditation is a testament to the whole team at The Glenmorangie Company and something we are all very proud of.”

Peter Russian, chief executive of Investors in People Scotland, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for The Glenmorangie Company. I would like to congratulate the organisation and its people on their commitment to continuous improvement.”
