Gym company Sweat! is opening a facility in the Skypark block in Glasgow, adding to openings in Walsall and Sheffield. 

The company has taken 21,500 sq ft on a 15-year lease.

Sweat! founder Frank Reed said: “Gyms are seen by many innovative landlords as employee benefits to attract the best office tenants to premium space with staff welfare considered as a key deliverable. “ 

Alasdair Roy of Bilfinger GVA, Skypark’s Estates manager, said: “The Club is a fantastic addition to our business campus and tenant amenities and to our local community around Skypark.”

Skypark operates a “hotel” concept to allow those working on campus to play as well as work. It features beauty services, garden space and a management team that supports its tenants.
